Anti-Monkeypox virus(MPXV) Monoclonal Antibody
ProteoGenix
Monkeypox virus M1R monoclonal antibody is a type of IgG1 antibody, which is composed of two heavy chains and two light chains. Each chain contains a variable region that is specific for the target antigen, and a constant region that is responsible for binding to the B-cell receptor and other molecules involved in the immune response.
The M1R monoclonal antibody binds to the surface of the monkeypox virus, preventing it from entering the cells of the host organism. This prevents the virus from replicating and spreading, thus providing protection against infection.
The M1R monoclonal antibody can be used for research purpose only in monkeypox virus infections.
Monkeypox virus/MPXV M1R Monoclonal Antibody SAA0284, on SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
