Immobilized Recombinant Monkeypox virus/MPXV M1R Protein (cat. No. PX-P6056) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Monkeypox virus/MPXV M1R SAA0283 Monoclonal Antibody SAA0283 (cat. No. PTX18821) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 136.5M.
