Mouse PD-1 is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the CD protein family. It is composed of an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane domain, and a cytoplasmic domain. The extracellular domain is composed of two Ig-like domains and a short stalk region.
Mouse PD-1 is an immune checkpoint protein that plays an important role in regulating the immune system. It binds to its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, to inhibit T-cell activation and suppress the immune response.
Mouse PD-1 recombinant protein is used in research to study the role of PD-1 in immune regulation and the development of novel therapeutics for autoimmune and cancer diseases. It is also used in the development of diagnostic tests to detect the expression of PD-1 in cells.
