Immobilized CD4 Protein - T-cell surface glycoprotein CD4(CD4) (cat. No. PX-P4702) at 0.5µg/mL (100µL/well) can bind Tregalizumab Biosimilar - Anti-CD4 mAb (cat. No. PX-TA1263) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 1.099M.
