AIxplore® · De novo antibody design services
Send us a target sequence or structure. Get up to 46 experimentally tested antibody candidates, with binding confirmed and production yield measured. Sequences are generated in 2–3 days.
No Win, No Fee. At least one candidate guaranteed.
De novo antibody design workflow
One integrated workflow combining rapid AI antibody design with experimental validation in our wet lab.
Day 0
Start from an antigen sequence or a 3D structure (PDB or AlphaFold).
2–3 Days
We design and select antibody candidates across 40+ criteria, including developability, manufacturability, solubility and aggregation, stability, immunogenicity and chemical liabilities.
3 Weeks
Selected candidates are produced and experimentally evaluated by ELISA, affinity measurement by BLI, and production QC for yield, purity and integrity.
What this changes for researchers
AI design changes what needs to happen before you can start testing antibody candidates.
Start directly from the target sequence or structure. Antigen production is only needed later if required for wet-lab validation.

No immunization or animal use is required for the discovery step.

Key developability and manufacturability constraints are considered during initial design—not after binder identification.
When to Consider De Novo AI Design
De novo AI design is particularly relevant when the target, desired binding site or experimental constraints make conventional antibody discovery more challenging.
01
Design antibodies toward specific structural regions, such as functional epitopes, active sites or accessible pockets.
02
Start from sequence or available 3D structural data when antigen production or purification is particularly challenging.
03
Generate candidates without animal immunization for toxic, highly conserved or poorly immunogenic targets.
04
Focus design on the target region to help reduce unwanted recognition of Fc or other fusion tags.
05
Explore an alternative sequence and structural search space when previous screening produces few or no suitable hits.
06
Consider 40+ criteria from the initial design, including developability, manufacturability, stability, solubility and immunogenicity.
Two ways to start
Need sequences for your own experimental workflow, or want us to take selected candidates through production and characterization? Both start from the same AIxplore® design workflow.
Option 1
Delivery of ranked AI-designed antibody sequences.
Ideal if you express & test in-house.
Option 2
Delivery of purified & characterized antibodies.
Ideal to receive already validated antibodies.
Optional: Epitope & Paratope Mapping
Detailed report including top docking solutions (3D models),
predicted epitope and paratope residues with confidence levels,
main epitope/paratope regions, and transfer of the mapping-data
IP to the customer.
Evaluate AIxplore® through measured experimental results.
