  • ProteoGenix prepares and packs the shipment according to product requirements

 

 

  • A reduced packing and handling fee is charged instead of the standard shipping fee

ProteoGenix uses more environmentally conscious packaging whenever possible, including cardboard, zip bags, bubble wrap, ice packs, and straw cushioning as a more eco-friendly alternative to polystyrene.

Our packaging approach is designed to:

  • Use more sustainable materials where compatible with scientific shipping requirements.

For temperature-sensitive products, packaging choices always prioritize product protection first.

What happens after you place an order?

Once your order is ready for shipment:

1. ProteoGenix provides the tracking number
2. The selected carrier sends shipment updates
3. You can monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier’s tracking system

For shipment updates or delivery issues, please contact your account manager or write to products@proteogenix.fr with your order reference and tracking number.

Documents included with shipments

Shipping documentation may vary depending on the destination country and applicable regulations.

Depending on the shipment, documents may include:

  • Certificate of analysis (CoA) and/or Datasheet
  • Commercial invoice,
  • Packing-related documentation,
  • Bill of lading or transport documents where applicable,
  • Manufacturer’s declaration,
  • Shipping letter,
  • Other regulatory documents when required by the destination.

Our team prepares the necessary documentation according to the shipment profile and destination requirements.

Shipping conditions and storage upon receipt

Storage conditions vary depending on the nature of the product. The following recommendations apply to our main product categories:
