Flow Cytometry results for Anti-Human TPBG/5T4 Antibody (SAA0571)

Flow-cytometry using anti-human TPBG antibody.HT-29 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human TPBG antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # ARO-A15480 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # PTX17818) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human TPBG antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human TPBG monoclonal antibody (Catalog: ARO-A15480) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: PTX17818) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
