What’s Inside the XtenCHO™ Race Transfection Kit?
The XtenCHO™ Race Transfection Kit includes two key components:
-XtenFect Reagent: A transfection reagent optimized for XtenCHO™ Race cells grown in XtenCHO™ Expression Medium. It enables efficient nucleic acid uptake, maximizing recombinant protein production.
-XtenCHO™ Race Enhancer: A proprietary supplement that enhances cell viability and productivity in densely transfected cultures, prolonging protein production and increasing overall yield per liter of culture.
The XtenFect Reagent is provided as a 10x concentrated stock solution, which must be diluted using the included XtenFect Working Solution. Once prepared, it can be directly added to XtenCHO™ Race cell cultures, eliminating the need for pre-mixing with DNA, a common step required by conventional transfection reagents. This streamlined approach reduces handling time and enhances reproducibility.
Designed for 1 liter of culture, the XtenCHO™ Race Transfection Kit is animal-free and composed of chemically defined ingredients, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
