Flow Cytometry results for InVivoMAb Anti-Human IGF1 (Iv0063)

Target Cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody or InVivoMAb Anti-Human IGF1 (Iv0063) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using Goat Anti-Human IgG Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (PTX18862) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
