General information on Anti-CD38[Homo sapiens] (Isatuximab) Monoclonal Antibody

Isatuximab is a humanized monoclonal antibody derived from IgG1 that targets CD38, a glycoprotein found on the surface of some immune cells. CD38 is highly expressed by malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma. Isatuximab is used to treat multiple myeloma. It is marketed under the trade name Sarclisa.
