No.PX-TA1305) in indirect ELISA with Goat Anti-Human IgG secondary antibody coupled with HRP measured by OD450 giving an EC50 at 0.5282M.

Target Cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody or Modotuximab Biosimilar - Anti-EGFR;ERBB1 mAb - Research Grade at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using Goat Anti-Human IgG Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (PTX18862) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
