This standard enables us to structure and enhance our environmental management initiatives, whether by reducing CO2 emissions, optimizing resource use, or strengthening recycling practices.

• Risk and Dysfunction Analysis: We identify and analyze risks and inefficiencies to reduce sources of non-quality. Despite our limitations, we closely monitor every detail to improve our processes and meet customer expectations.
• Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use straw wedges to thermally insulate our shipments as a sustainable choice, providing excellent protection while reducing reliance on plastic and other non-renewable materials.
• Customer Satisfaction Surveys: To continually improve our services, we conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys. These surveys allow us to gather valuable feedback and adapt our processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Enhanced IT Security: We have taken steps to improve our IT systems, ensuring an optimal protection of customer data and guaranteeing the continuity of our operation, in any situation.

• Reducing and Optimizing Energy Consumption: We are committed to minimizing our environmental footprint by focusing on efficient energy usage, particularly with water and electricity. Through a complete transition to LED lighting and other long-term projects, we optimize resource consumption, reduce operational costs, and limit our impact on the environment.
• Supporting Sustainable Transportation: We have implemented financial incentives for our employees who choose to adopt eco-friendly commuting options, including biking, carpooling, and public transportation. These efforts aim to reduce emissions associated with daily travel and foster a culture of environmental responsibility within our team. We recently installed EV charging stations in our parking spaces, allowing our employees to recharge at no cost and without any hassle.
• Supply Chain Efficiency: We continually review and improve our logistical processes to minimize delays, reduce waste, and ensure smoother operations. A more efficient supply chain not only enhances customer satisfaction but also contributes to our sustainability goals.
• Dialogue and Learning with Stakeholders: We maintain ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders—customers, suppliers, administrations, and building co-owners—to exchange best practices, especially on environmental issues. For instance, we’re collaborating with co-owners to explore photovoltaic panel installation on our roof and participate in local eco-focused events, like October’s ‘2 Ton Challenge’ at a nearby university.
