The Monkeypox Virus E8L Antigen ELISA Kit is a solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) that is used to detect antibodies against the Monkeypox virus E8L antigen. The kit consists of a 96-well microplate with a solid-phase antigen-coated surface, a control antigen, a conjugate, and a substrate.

The sample is then added to the microplate and allowed to bind to the antigen. The conjugate is then added and binds to any antibodies in the sample. Finally, the substrate is added, which reacts with the conjugate to produce a colorimetric signal that is proportional to the amount of antibodies in the sample.
