Flow Cytometry results for Anti-Human CD335/NCR1/NKp46 Antibody (NKp46-1), APC

Target Cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody or Anti-Human CD335/NCR1/NKp46 Antibody (NKp46-1), APC at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using Goat Anti-Human IgG Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (PTX18862) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
