General information on Anti-ITGA4/CD49d(Homo sapiens) (Natalizumab) Monoclonal Antibody

Natalizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody produced in murine myeloma cells of isotype IgG4k. Natalizumab contains a human framework region and a complementarity determining region of a murine antibody that binds to alpha 4-integrin. Natalizumab has been temporarily discontinued due to the risk of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML).
