General information about Abatacept

Abatacept est une protéine de fusion composée du domaine extracellulaire de l’antigène 4 cytotoxique humain associé au lymphocyte T (CTLA-4) lié à une partie Fc modifiée d’immunoglobuline humaine (IgG1) qui inhibe le signal de co-stimulation CD80/86 nécessaire à l’activation des lymphocytes T exprimant le CD28. Target Cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody or Abatacept Biosimilar - Anti-CD80;B7-1 and CD86;B7-2 mAb - Research Grade at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using Goat Anti-Human IgG Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (PTX18862) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
